PART TIME FRONT OF HOUSE
Hours:
18-24 HOURS/WEEK, WED - SAT
Salary:
£11.05 PER HOUR
What you will do:
· Welcoming guests and ushering them to their tables· Dealing with bookings run sheet· Clearing bookings and making sure tables are ready for new arrivals· Handling telephone calls for latecomers and/or new enquiries· Working closely with security to ensure customers adhere to venue policy· Delivering excellent customer service
What we look for:
· Experience in working at a high capacity and fast-paced venue, restaurant or hotel· A highly social being with a friendly attitude· Experience in using booking platforms such as Design My Night, Opentable, and The Fork· Flexibility in working hours for external events
